Can I access Streamlined Salon from my iPad / iPhone / Android tablet?

Yes you can. Streamlined Salon is a web based application so it supports all of the latest browsers, including those provided on iPad, iPhone and Android.



What browsers are supported?

Streamlined Salon is supported on the latest versions of all modern browsers. This inludes the latest versions of Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari and Internet Explorer 9 and above.

We personally recommend Google Chrome for its speed, reliability and security.



What if I don't have an internet connection at my salon?

No problems. At demos and trade shows we use a Telstra 4G mobile broadband hotspot. These are very affordable and work great with Streamlined Salon.

Alternatively, you can possibly use the data plan on your phone or use a 4G connected iPad.

I've been burnt by software vendors and long term contracts before. What is the minimum term?

The good news is there is no minimum term. Streamlined Salon is a pay-as-you-go service with no lock-in contracts. Pay month-to-month in advance, and if at any time you decide to cancel, you won't be billed again.



Can I change plans at any time?

You sure can. From your Streamlined Salon account, simply click on the "Change Plans" tab in the Salon Management section to move between plans.



How can I pay for Streamlined Salon?

You can pay for Streamlined Salon on our secure server with your Visa or Mastercard.



How will I be billed?

Your account will be billed monthly in advance. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.



But its on the internet... Is my data really safe?

We take the security of your data very seriously, using the same enterprise strength SSL encryption that banks use. In addition to that, all of your data is automatically backed up daily, without you having to do anything. We also don't store your credit card details on our servers.



Do you have standard Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy?

Of course we do... If you are really bored, you can read or print the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We really do listen to our clients. When a client has an idea for a new report or an enhancement, we will approach a few of our clients to gauge acceptance. If the idea has legs, it is included in a future release. Our product is solely designed for the Hair and Beauty Industry and we are constantly improving it at no added cost to our clients.
